Oakley gave everything full efforts during his 3rd week at NAPA London, developing new strength-skills to aid him in all functional movement. Amy and I learned as much as possible once again from his physio team, to emulate and continue with momentum as much as possible at home.

3 x 55 minute sessions with an early start are a bit of a marathon for all, and massive respect to Amy for having to do and lead most of it for the boy across the three weeks!

Ice cream in the park on occasion and seeing the ducks was a welcome activity amongst the training camp feel and too much time in the appartment nearby.

The Galileo machine is used in a highly integrated way by the physios for stimulation in several movements in Oakley’s training – See the blog post about the Oxford university & Oxford Brookes university research participation.
